Emil
has had 30 years of broad spectrum Real Estate service and training. He
started his real estate career in Orem, Utah working for the largest privately
owned Real Estate company, Martensen Real Estate. Primarily Emil's focus
was on new construction and Residential Real Estate for the first 4 years of
his career. He was then quickly thrown into the Commercial/Restaurant Real
Estate sector as he was hired by Golden Corral Steak House Restaurants of
Raleigh N.C. During the next 9 years Emil analyzed the latest demographic
information to determine acceptable productive markets for Restaurant locations. He completed the demographics and personally researched every town and city
that showed promise on paper. Emil would personally visit, research, and
do the interviews to determine the projected profitability of each store.
When approval was given to move forward with the site location of the new store
to be built, he would begin the acquisition. His duties were
to locate 3 acceptable sites and begin the negotiations to acquire these sites
from start to finish. Emil worked in 31 states from Florida to Massachusetts ---
Seattle to L.A. and in between. Negotiating throughout the country gave him a tremendous exposure to the diversity and culture that exists here in
America. This exposure to diversity has made it possible for Emil to work
with and lead many individuals in their Real Estate careers. For several years he instructed on the Reality of Personality training and just how
important it is to understand the 4 personality groups in negotiations.
Emil has Managed 2 Real Estate Brokerages. He has received numerous
awards for Top Selling, Top Listing, Top Recruiter, Top Relocation Specialists,
V.P. of Real Estate for Golden Corral Restaurant Development in the Western
Region along with top Region for 3 years in a row. He has Chaired
and served on many Real Estate Association committees and has lectured at local
schools and business functions. Emil currently holds his ABR, GRI
and SFR designations along with numerous Excellence in Real Estate Awards in
service and education. He has trained new and existing agents for the
last 24 years. There are plaques in boxes and some on the walls, however within
those displayed, the center plaque is a picture of Emil & Kris'
family. Success and perspective balanced make for a wonderful, exciting
and fulfilling life.
Kris
joined the Real Estate business world in January of 2007. She spent 30
years raising 7 children, but at the same time worked closely with
Emil and his Real Estate career. During her "stay at home"
days, Kris was a successful project manager for several
organizations. She headed and planned 4 different events for Northridge
Elementary school in Orem, Utah, each involving approximately 800
people. They were so successful they were written up
for state-wide recognition. She has also planned and carried
out 6, week long, successful Young Women encampments involving over
300 people. She worked closely with the BSA for several
years helping many young men plan and carry out their Eagle Scout Leadership
Projects enabling them to advance to Eagle Rank. Kris is a good listener
and observer. She has the ability to see the "whole picture"
and think things through in a logical and discerning manner.
Kris has already seen much success in her Real Estate Career.
She has Listed and Sold several homes and has received her GRI and SFR designations. She has also received the Excellence in Real Estate Awards from
the Utah County Association of Realtors which focuses on education and service.
For her first year in the Real Estate business she also received Top 10 agent
of the year for her office. Education, Knowledge and Service are paramount
to Kris in being successful in whatever she does.
